Art de Vivre is a licensed Rio de Janeiro brokerage that sells and manages luxury homes. We sell apartments and villas in the addresses that matter — and we run them as short-stay residences when the owners aren't using them.
Since 2011, the model is simple: a small, careful portfolio, a back-office that doesn't drop the ball, and a concierge that knows the doormen by name. We don't have a thousand listings. The ones we have, we know cold.

I bought a penthouse in Leblon through Art de Vivre and honestly couldn't be happier with how it went. The team knew the market inside out — which buildings to look at, which to skip, what the paperwork involves for a foreign buyer. The apartment itself is gorgeous and the views did most of the selling. What I didn't expect was how much they helped after the sale too, sorting out the practical side of actually living in Rio. Good investment, better experience. I'd recommend them to anyone buying here.

Quieter than Ipanema, more expensive than Ipanema, and worth it. School-zone families, the lagoa for morning runs, and the smallest beach with the biggest reputation in the city.

The cliff between São Conrado and Barra. Gated villas with infinity pools and a coastline you don't share with anyone. Rio's quietest luxury address.

Hang-glider drop zone, eighteen-hole golf course, and the only beach in Rio where you can buy a house directly on the sand. We have a handful of those.
